The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal (suit and tie for men and longer dresses for women).
The dress code for the welcome party is semi-formal (dress pants, a jacket, and a button down shirt for men, and shorter to midi length dresses for women).

The welcome party will be held outside on the Norwich Inn front lawn and porch.
On the day of the wedding, cocktail hour will be held outside. In case of inclement weather, it will be held inside. The reception will be held outside, but under a tent regardless of weather.

Temperatures in Norwich typically range from lows in the low to mid 60s to highs in the low to mid 80s.

Yes, transportation will be provided for all wedding events (welcome party, brunch, ceremony, reception, after party) from the Norwich Inn, Hanover Inn, and Courtyard Hanover. If you are staying elsewhere, please arrange transportation to / from one of these locations. Transportation for the Saturday morning hike is only available from the Norwich Inn.
Wedding reception venue access is limited to our limousines and vans. In the interest of our guests’ safety, the driving of personal vehicles to the wedding reception venue will not be permitted.
For guests staying at the Norwich Inn, please note that transportation is not needed for the welcome party or ceremony. The welcome party will be hosted at the Norwich Inn, and the ceremony is a 2 minute walk across the street at the Norwich Congregational Church.
